Over many decades, Capital Caring has been a quiet, trusted presence in the Washington, DC, Richmond and Fredericksburg, Virginia areas. Recently, the organization took bold steps to refresh its image, add “Health” to its name and launch a high-profile brand reintroduction. Coupling its new tagline with a memorable advertising blitz, CCH sought to grow its at-home services and regional footprint. We worked with this respected non-profit to produce and coordinate the new brand rollout through a broad, multi-faceted media campaign. These and other related efforts drove patient metrics beyond expectations. As the saying goes, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” Today, people know.
