The face of innovation
As our team conceived this theme for FMC’s annual shareholder report, we saw the opportunity to broaden the value of an otherwise routine communication. Mindful that the success of this global business rests in the hands of its highly talented employees, we used the report as a springboard to acknowledge the pivotal role of innovators throughout the company. In addition to writing and designing an expanded, people-centered report, we produced a companion microsite, directed photo and video shoots in locations around the world, and put real faces to 11 compelling stories of innovation.
